cucumber or dosakaya pachadi

This is a healthy dish and can be had with rice,dosa,chapatis etc. This is very easy to prepare and it is a very delicious dish too. As everyone knows cucumber is a low calorie vegetable. This is a yellow cucumber which is also used to make sambhar.The chilles,salt and tamarind can be changed according to ones taste.


Ingredients:-

cucumber/dosakaya 1no

green chilles 3nos

tamarind size of a lemon

for seasoning :-

mustard

hing

jeera

redchilles

curryleaves

and salt to taste

Peel and chop the cucumber removing the seeds. In a kadai add a tsp of oil and add the chopped cucumber,green chilles and fry it until soft. let it cool. Add the tamarind,salt and grind it to a fine paste.Season it with the ingridients mentioned above and add the ground paste to it. Fry it for sometime and serve.

    You must be aware that I had left techtipspro blog becuase of Admin.

    He used me to popularize his blog and even he is using us (authors) for his financial benefit (blog is comemrical blog) and when one of author wrote a post which was actually an attack of author becuas e of frustration, Mohit considered that as post. He had put up very rude comment in reply to my request.

    When other criticise him for same, he decided to delete that post. But it was very late then.

    It had already come to my mind that guy is using us for his commercial purposes.
